Rob Thomson, MBA, B.E. (Mining), FAusIMM
President & CEO
Rob Thomson is a highly regarded mining engineer with more than 29 years of
industry experience. As General Manager of Kingsgate’s Chatree Gold Mine
in Thailand, Mr. Thomson was responsible for the feasibility, Government approvals,
construction and operations delivery of the Mine – the country’s
first stand-alone foreign mining development. At Oxiana’s Sepon Gold
Mine in Laos, PDR, he was Project Director responsible for its construction
and operations delivery. Mr. Thomson's industry experience includes senior
corporate management and line management responsibilities in exploration, feasibility,
design, construction, development and operations.
Mr. Thomson became President & CEO of Asian Mineral Resources in November
2006 after resigning from his post as Chief Executive Officer of Philippine-focused
Climax Mining Ltd., concurrent with its merger with Oceana Gold. At Climax,
he worked with Jim Askew (Chairman of ASN’s Board of Directors) on the
financing of the Company and oversaw the feasibility, Government approvals
and commencement of construction for the Philippines Didipio Copper/Gold Project.
He previously served as a director of Asian Mineral Resources.
Mr. Thomson holds an MBA from the University of Wollongong, New South Wales
and a B.E. (Mining) from the University of Queensland. In addition, he is a
Fellow of the Australia Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Robert Guest, PEng
General Director
Mr Guest Joined Asian Mineral Resources in March 2007 as Vice President, General Manager of Ban Phuc Nickel Project. Mr. Guest has over 25 years experience in mining and natural resource projects in Africa, Australia and southeast Asia covering opportunity identification & evaluation, project development, contract negotiation’ project construction, commissioning and operations management. Robert has Hands on management experience with remote operations in developing countries. Have been a senior member of the mining community taking a lead role in industry associations and have represented the private sector in various negotiations with Indonesian, Philippine and Bangladesh governments as well as international finance houses. Mr. Guest holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Mining from University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Paula Kember, CA

Ms. Kember is a chartered accountant with over 23 years of financial and administrative experience in the mining industry. From 1996 to 2006, she served as Vice-President, Finance of Philex Gold Inc. and previously was associated with Corona Corporation and PolyMet Mining Corporation.

Dinh Huu Minh, Ph.D.
Deputy General Director - Exploration
Dinh Huu Minh began his geology career in 1983 at the Research Institute of
Geology and Mineral Resources in Vietnam as a Geological Researcher. He has
since been
involved with Canadian and Australian-based companies as a Project Geologist,
working on a number of gold, copper and nickel deposits in Vietnam. In 1995,
Dr. Minh joined Ban Phuc Nickel Mines Ltd. as Deputy Director General, where
he was tasked with managing and supervising the mapping, prospecting, exploration
for nickel and copper prospects on the Ta Khoa Concession, as well as overseeing
the completion of ASN's Feasibility Study for Ban Phuc Nickel Project. In
July 2006, he became Exploration Manager for Asian Mineral Resources.
Dr. Minh holds a Ph.D. in Geology from Hanoi University of Mining & Geology in Vietnam, in addition to a Post-graduate Diploma in Mineral Exploration and a Geology Engineering Diploma.

Tran Ngoc Anh, B. Comm, G.A.C.
Deputy General Director – Corporate Affairs
As Administrative Manager for Asian Mineral Resources, Tran Ngoc Anh's primary
responsibilities are to oversee the administration function for the Ban Phuc
Nickel Project.
This mandate includes assisting in all aspects of project financing, providing
high levels corporate advice, and liaising with local or municipal governments
in Vietnam.
Prior to joining Asian Mineral Resources, Ms. Anh was a Foreign Trade Executive for Engineering and Environment Co. Ltd. She later joined KPMG Limited as Consultant in its Tax and Corporate Services division - a position she held for four years. Ms. Anh holds a Bachelor in Foreign Trade degree from the Hanoi Foreign Trade University.

Jeff Carr, B. Accounting,
C.P.A.
Deputy General Director – Finance & Administration
Jeff Carr has over is an Accountant,
CPA by training with over 20 years experience in development and operation
of mines throughout Australia and West Africa working on many large
mining operations. Most recently Mr. Carr was the CFO for Gujarat
NRE Australia, and was responsible for the corporate, financial and
commercial supply and export for two coking coal mine developments
in western Australia. In addition Mr. Carr has worked as Financial
Controller for various mining companies including Bogoso Gold Limited,
Ghana West Africa, Macmahon Underground Pty Ltd of Perth Australia
and BHP Billiton coking coal operations in central Queensland.
